Local and Regional RunsHLB is an all Owner/Operator, DFW-based, dry-van and reefer carrier with lots of local and regional work. Our folks are normally home 1-2 nights a week, and off on the weekends. We are a small company, so you won’t be just another number with us. But with over 20 years in the business, we’re big enough to give you the kind of stability you need. We are currently contracting Owner/Operators who reside within a 30 mile radius of Dallas/Ft.Worth or Tyler, Texas.
